My Family did a combined Church History/ U.S. History Trip one summer when I was in Highschool. Though very long ago I still remember how much I loved Mount Vernon. While we were touring the D.C. mall it was the million-degree summer people were dying. I was melting and unfortunately that is all I remember about that part.
