Rachel sleeping with "Ghosty" her new night light from Mimi and Papa. Thanks for the great gift and thanks Oslo for the great idea. Rachel loves it!

Happy Birthday Rachel

Rachel had a great Birthday, but was so excited to blow out her candles that she got too close and burned her lip. That put a damper on her mood, however, she managed to enjoy eating the cake! We love you Rachel.

Trick or Treating

Happy Halloween!! We had so much fun trick-or-treating with our cousins! The older kids went so long and far that Sophie completely wore out her shoes!

Halloween Party

We had fun with a few friends from school playing games, making bat pumpkins and entering the Haunted Stairway! The kids were very afraid to go into my creepy basement! A few days later the girls took Tawnee down and she was the most scared of all!

Witches

We visited all of the witches at Gardner Village and had fun getting Halloween manicures together. Well, except Drew. He stood in the doorway of the spa and wouldn't even enter in.

Happy Birthday Anji

We had a fun party going to High School Musical 3 on opening night!

Happy Birthday Anji!

Playing in the Leaves

Fall would not be fall without a frolic in the crunchy leaves!

Halloween Symphony

Thanks Aunt Meg for inviting us to the Symphony's Halloween performance!!

Halloween Cookies

Carving Pumpkins!

I love the smell of burning pumpkins!

Pumpkin Patch

Going to the Pumpkin Patch to pick out our pumpkins with cousins is an exciting fall event.

Happy Birthday Bitsy!

October was a fun, busy month with a lot of excitement! We were all excited for Bitsy's 16th Birthday. We put together a package of gifts to send her. I then set it on the stove to run get one last item to include. When I stepped out of the kitchen, Rachel pulled a stool over to look at the box. Then she tried out a few of the interesting knobs on the stove. As the box started on fire, Drew ran to find me to help. (He had a sore throat so he couldn't yell) I made it just in time to rip Rachel away from the flames and throw the contents of the box onto the kitchen floor. It was a miracle that the box wasn't completely consumed in flames and Rachel to. The box was full of tissue paper and wrapped gifts. Not one thing inside the box was damaged so we were still able to send the gifts to Bitsy! Way to go Drew!!! HAPPY 16TH BITSY! We love you.
